I had a very traumatizing experience on September 3, 2026, at approximately 8pm to 9pm, during my visit to this restaurant.
After paying for my dinner, which unfortunately did not taste fresh, I went to the washroom. When I came out, I was cornered by a female server who was waiting for me outside the washroom and pressured me to give her a tip. I felt very intimidated and uncomfortable at that point. I was then pressured to follow her to the counter to give her a tip, even though I had already paid for my dinner.
This experience was extremely shocking and upsetting. I felt that I was bullied and coerced into giving her a tip through intimidating and threatening behavior.
I kindly request that the management investigate the conduct and work ethics of the female staff member who was on duty between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on September 3. This incident left me feeling afraid, intimidated, and outraged. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this restaurant with my family, and I will also warn others about my experience.
Please be cautious of this type of behavior from staff. Customers should never feel threatened, bullied, or coerced into giving tips, especially after they have already paid for their meals.

Went here a week ago with my family and had a great experience. Tasty food and clean environment. Food came out quickly and servers like Bonnie were very nice. Recommend M Bistro heavily!

The food was very good as usual. I was not offered any condiments at time of order pick up though which was disappointing. I am also against a tip being added for pickup order. A tip should only be given for service provided by wait staff in the restaurant, not for me to pick up food.
